Advice For When You Feel Like Shit originally began as a YouTube series and was later turned into a book to explore every topic discussed on a much deeper level, as well as adding on many more chapters.
In this book you will find (almost) every bad thing that has ever happened to Naomi, and (almost) every bad thing they've ever done.
The almost is there because there are still many things that Naomi knows they don't have figured out, therefore they are not in this book, because ... they have no advice on how to overcome it. Yet.
